Autumn Harvest Salad
-Spring mix salad
-Half an apple

-Truffle Almond pecans ( found at the Grocery Outlet)
-Gouda Cheese
Homemade Dressing
-Avocado Oil
-Dijon Mustard

This might be the best salad I’ve ever made, the crisp of the apples, crunchy almonds, and soft, creamy cheese are the perfect combo, and the tang of the homemade dressing just pulls it all together.
Homemade Buns

-water
-Honey
-1 Egg
-Some Melted butter
-Flour
Believe me when I say I did not measure a single thing, other than with my heart, per usual. I started out with some fresh-milled grain, but ran out... so then I needed to use some King Arthur white flour. Then when I ran out of that because, again, I don’t measure and always end up needing more flour. So I grabbed the King Arthur Wheat next. Now, I know you’re probably asking yourself, “Wouldn’t it be easier if she just measured everything?” And you’re probably right, It would be. But i’m stubborn and completely set in my ways, and you will very rarely catch me measuring anything. Here and there, when i’m in the mood, sure. But not often.
Now that i’m completely out of flour. I got to mixin’. I put them in at 375 for 20 minutes, and they came out perfect!
